we will be on a 2 day car trip with 3 kids and want to eat from our cooler while driving as much as possible. We have figured out good dinners and breakfasts for the 2 days but can only come up with sandwiches which will do for one lunch. but need ideas for the lunch on the second day. It will be kept cold in a cooler and we won’t have heating facilities. We will have plates, cups, cutlery etc. Any ideas???
