Does Anyone Know The Value Of Nickel Silver Silverware?

I have different pieces-some say Bridge cutlery co nickel silver and have FOE 700 on the handle and some say rogers nickel silver. HELP!

Whenever I buy silverware or cutlery, alot of times they seem to get rust spots on them. I remember reading somewhere that there is a certain percentage of certain metals that you should look for when buying. I’m not even buying the cheap stuff either! Thanks in advance for your help.
