am opening a nursery school on monday and i cant find cutlery that’s not plastic for children.

I would get a decent brand like hinkle or global. You need something durable but not expensive. Inevitability you will destroy it by learning how to sharpen it and cut properly. The school should give you knives! If not don’t waste your money at that school! I may be too late but really invest your time in research for the best school…As a employer I see so many students that don’t learn anything about cooking in a kitchen and they waste there money parting at these crappy schools!
