Seems obvious but i dont want to forget anything and you will be suprised how hard it is to remember these ‘obvious’ items!

Get a towel, spread it out along a bench top and place the cutlery along it with approx 1 inch or 25mm gap between each piece. Then simply roll the towel up. Your knives won’t get blunt and the whole thing can be placed in a carry bag.
Lots of cutlery? – Just use another towel.
