Is There A Way Of Soundproofing My Thin Plasterboard Walls In My Flat To Reduce The Noise Of My Neighbours?

I live in an office block which has been converted into flats, the walls are particularly thin ie I can hear cutlery clinking and a clock ticking sometimes, is there anything I can do DIY wise to reduce the noise short of putting in another wall and adding insulation….

If You Rent A Flat “furnished” Does It Usually Come With Crockery, Pans And Cutlery Etc?

There is really no standard on furnished places. Sometimes it is just furniture and sometimes it goes as far as dishes and towels. You really have to ask each individual place and find out what they include.
