When You Are Finished Your Meal, How Should You Place Your Knife And Fork?

I know a few people who disagree.
I would like to find out how you place your cutlery.
Especially, I would like the find out how to place your fork upwards or downwards.
I know there are many different styles
so please state them

During A Meal At A 5star Restaurant,how To Use Cutlery And How To Place It,if Not Yet Finished Or Through?

Different cultures have different standards. In general, the salad fork, knife and soup spoon are placed further from the main plate than the main course knife, fork and spoon. Dessert utensils will be placed above the main plate or served with dessert.
The fork is picked up by the left hand and the knife/spoon by the right hand.
If you’re not yet finished with your food and just resting, leave the fork on the plate at an 8 o’clock position and the knife at a 4 o’clock position.
Once finished with your meal, place cutlery together at a 6 o’clock postion on the plate so that the waiter knows you have finished. In the UK, It is considered rude to screw up your napkin into a ball and onto the plate. Instead, place the used napkin on the table to the left of the plate.
