What’s Best? Stainless Steel Or Chromium Steel Table Cutlery?
For home use, I don’t see much of a difference. If you were using it as a tool in your job, I would get the chromium steel. I don’t feel that stainless holds an edge as well. Professionals have their cutlery sharpened quite often.
