Yes just start searching the name on the web you will find out all kinds of info, or go to ebay and look at sets like yours or go to the library. Do you know an antique dealer I work for one so when I have a question I get an answere really fast. Dont just walk into an antique store and ask them there like coin dealers they probably wont pay what it is worth.
Get in contact with an appraiser who deals with antiquities and vintage items. Just look in the phone book and you can find different appraisers. And they can point you in the direction of finding someone that might want to buy it, or after you find the value, you can put it on ebay or something!
