Please Give Me Ideas That I Can Buy My Father In Law For Christmas, He Loves To Cook And We Call Him Chef?
He loves to cook. He treasures his different cooking knives, and pans. Any ideas for a Christmas present for him?

Hmmm… Here’s kind of a neat gadget… a Jaccard meat tenderizer.
Maybe for fun an apron. Also small jars of different additives. Bottled red peppers, sun-dried tomatoes, capres, can of escargot, canned miniature corn, water chestnuts, bamboo shoots. You get the idea. I love to cook, and these always come in handy. Have a Merry Christmas and a Wonderful New Year. Hope you like my idea.
Buy him a mandoline…it is a slicing and dicing instrument used in professional kitchens. You can get them at any department store in the mall, Williams-Sonoma etc. KItchen Aid has a very affrodable model. Then get him a nice cook book—not rachel ray…she’s pitiful, Giada (if yo have to use a food TV chef) or better yet, Joy of Cooking, or Taste of Home …something with nice pictures and recipes you think he would enjoy cooking and you would enjoy helping to eat.
Oh, and I like to tie a nice wooden spoon or whisk to the outside of the package with a bow…Bed bath and beyond, walmart, world market or target have cute little egg beater whisks dressed up in a santa suit…cute and a nice treat. Have fun!
How about a cook book with unusual or fancy recipes?
A gift certificate to a store that just sells kitchen things.
