Is It Okay To Ask For Another Plastic Fork In A Pizza Or Panzerotto Outlet?
For instance, if you received a plastic set (fork, knife, napkins) in a wrapper and accidentally broke your plastic fork, is it okay to ask for another set of plastic fork? That would mean they have to give you another wrapper set of plastic cutlery. Is it okay to ask for it and do you have to pay extra?
It is definitely alright to ask for a replacement set of cutlery if a utensil breaks. You should not have to pay for it. I am betting the cutlery breaks all the time. Some places use cheap plastic cutlery, some good, and the best still use flatware for dine ins.
Are you serious? This thought would never have entered my mind!! LOL Of course It’s alright. You are a paying customer, they won’t care! They better not ask you to pay more!! I used to fight with this Chinese restaurant all the time about extra soy sauce. All the people at my work would have to split soy sauce. It was like 3 packets of sauce for ten people…It got to the point that we offered to pay for more. I think we eventually stopped ordering from them!

Some places may charge for an extra… others (the good honest places) won’t give a crap.

if it’s just the fork you broke, they could probably just give you a loose fork, instead of the whole package. i doubt they would charge you extra for a plastic fork.
