If You Rent A Flat “furnished” Does It Usually Come With Crockery, Pans And Cutlery Etc?

There is really no standard on furnished places. Sometimes it is just furniture and sometimes it goes as far as dishes and towels. You really have to ask each individual place and find out what they include.

Mine did, but I must admit I was quite surprised. If you want this, check before you sign anything as it’s not a standard. More places are offering it at the moment as a lot of rented property is empty.
    Don’t be afraid to ask.

Not always, furnished often means just the basic furniture ,.You should get an inventory to check before you move in. Check with the landlord or letting agent beforehand

I have two properties rented as furnished and neither provide these, only carpets, curtains, furniture and white goods in the kitchen.

usually yes. these are quite inexpensive so landlords should provide them as a basic courtesy.
